List Number 2 - Things never to say around Rowan Willowleaf

Heya. Remember that list I did about "How to Survive Wizard101"? Yeah, well I'm doing another one! Most of you know Rowan Willowleaf as my fantastic younger sister from The Tale of Sierra Winterbreeze. If you don't, that's okay. Here are things never to say to her and why in order from NEVER say them to SOMETIMES you can.

1. MILK! (She starts yelling it over and over... it is the worst on Wizard101.)

2. Leaf Eon (Stands for Leafeon, her fave pokemon. She starts talking in a high pitched voice, or on Wizard101, she talks about only Pokemon or "Jakey-boo" for the next 30 minutes)

3. Mister Muffin! (ROFL, Eric will know this all too well. She starts singing "MISTER MUFFIN IN! SO MUFFIN I!")

4. Moo/ Cow Man Cow Man does whatever Cow Man does! (Made up by Carlos Deathwalker, I think. Rowan starts saying "Cows? COWS MAKE MILK!" And so on....)

5. Holy Milk! (Just like MILK, she starts screaming MILK MILK MILK MILK MILK. Started by Liam GriffinBane... ugh, thanks alot, Liam!)

6. OMR (It is the funniest thing that we made up. It stands for Oh My Rock, which is something we got from Twilight Princess when we were trying to do the keep wooden sword glitch. Heh heh..)

7. Waffles, French Toast, or Pancakes. (Do you like Waffles? Yeah I like waffles! xD)

8. Medli! (Medli, the awesomeazingfulisticalocious sage of the Earth Temple is my favorite character from LoZ: Wind Waker. Last time I said it, she was in her hyper Leafeon mode, and she made my phone fly across the room when I was trying to film her. I would show you the video, but it has our real selves in it.)

9. Koala Bear (A nickname I made up for her when she was little. She attacks you. Or she did, but not anymore.)

10. TIMe IS TINIER THAN TINY TIMe! (Okay, maybe this one is for me. O. o But it is something we made up yesterday with Sydney. It means "Tim is tiner than Tiny Tim!" Sydney decided to name her finger for some reason, and she also named her Eevee that. So yeah... it's kinda confusing...)

New World! Grizzleheim

Oh my gosh, I was sooooooo excited when I went to the front page of Wizard101 and saw down in the corner "New World!" Immeadiately I clicked on it, but there was no exact date on when they would put it up. I will keep you updated as much as I can.

TTOSW - Part 8

Hey there people who aren't there!

I just sent in my part 8 on Saturday, and yet they still haven't put it up. That's okay though. I will put it here!

I made up TTOSW. It stands for The Tale of Sierra Winterbreeze

In this part we confront Malistaire once more and Liam does quite a surprising thing. Unfortunately, most of it is just Victoria and me hiding behind a wall to peer into the alley. Sorry 'bout that. But I ended it with a really great cliffhanger at the end, so it should make up for it! Enjoy!

**************************************************************************************************************************
The Tale of Sierra Winterbreeze – Part 8

The day that I had the biggest surprise of my life was also the biggest betrayal of my life. It was so unexpected, and by trying to fix it, I endangered myself, my friends, and nearly the entire mission of the Seekers.
I still don’t understand quite how it happened. The day started normal enough. After a couple of Magus classes, I headed off to Marleybone to beat Dr. Katzenstein in his lab. Victoria even promised to help me again, because she had just gotten into Marleybone herself. With Victoria’s help I finished the East and West Counterweights and then Big Ben. I was so happy, since I knew that after Big Ben you were let into MooShu. I couldn’t wait! Maybe I would finally catch up with Rowan.
But unfortunately, Victoria turned out to be a problem. I am not saying that she wasn’t helpful, though. No, she was lots of help. The only thing was the person she brought with her.
I hadn’t talked to Liam Griffinbane since the day he was awakened. So naturally, when he teleported to Victoria, I was very nervous.
“Hi Victoria!” he said happily when he appeared next to her. Then he noticed me. “Oh, you’re with her. Um, hi… I guess.”
“Yes,” I said coldly. “Hi, I guess.” I turned to Victoria. “I am going to go to the headmaster by myself, okay? You and Liam can do quests on your own.”
“Oh, but Sierra, I wanted to be with you when you got into MooShu.”
“I’m sorry, I want to be alone.”
“Yeah Victoria,” said Liam, who had began to drag Victoria away. “She wants to be alone. So leave her. We don’t need her help. What quests are you working on?”
“Chelsea Court. But-”
“Okay! I’ll lead the way.”
“But Liam…” She seemed torn between one friend and another.
“Don’t worry Victoria. If you want to see MooShu early, I’ll let you in. Just not right now. See ya,” I told her.
“Bye.” She didn’t look happy at all though.
I walked unaccompanied to Headmaster Ambrose’s office. I was going there to tell him about my efforts in Marleybone, and about my victory over Meowiarty. But now I didn’t feel like I wanted to see anyone. I wanted to be alone, all by myself. I thought about going to my house and locking myself in my room, but even if Rowan wasn’t home to bother me, my parents might be. And I still hadn’t figured out how to keep my friends out of my room, so I couldn’t be sure that no one would teleport to me. I was pretty sure there was some way to do because when I asked Rowan one day, she laughed and wouldn’t say anything. For the moment I had to live with it.
It was an unpleasant walk, being undecided at where to go, angry at Liam for stealing my friend, and bored beyond belief. Finally, not knowing where else to go, I headed to Headmaster Ambrose’s house, hoping that some fresh MooShu air might make me feel better.
“You defeated Meowiarty?” asked the headmaster when I got there. “Amazing! You are quite talented, Sierra Winterbreeze.”
“Yeah, yeah, whatever. When do I get to MooShu?”
Professor Ambrose chuckled. “Patience, young one. You don’t even know why you would go there yet, do you?”
“Um… well, no.”
“Let me explain: Malistaire is currently in Dragonspyre. The Emperor of MooShu has the Spiral key there though, so you must obtain it from him. You are just one of many that I have sent, Sierra. Be wary, for MooShu, though beautiful, can be dangerous.”
“Ok. Can I have the key now?”
“Of course.” At last, he gave me the Spiral Key to MooShu.
I exited Merle Ambrose’s house and headed toward the Spiral Chamber. While I was walking, I began to hear someone call my name. As soon as I got out of noisy Ravenwood and into the Spiral Chamber, I recognized it as Victoria’s voice calling to me. “SIERRA! Oh my gosh, Malistaire is here! And there’s Liam! And I have to hide! And I’m scared! What do I do?”
“Um… what? Calm down a little, Victoria. What was that about Malistaire?”
“He’s here! But-”
I didn’t even wait for her to say more; I just teleported right away.
I had hardly even finished teleporting when I was slammed against the wall and a hand clamped over my mouth. I was just getting ready to struggle, when I saw Victoria’s worried face staring back at me. So it had been her who had assaulted me. But why?
She put a finger to her lips to signal to stay quiet. Slowly she lifted her hand from my mouth. “Stay hidden,” she hissed, so quietly I had to lean in to hear her. “And don’t talk. You’re just lucky they didn’t hear you teleporting.”
Now that I was free from her grasp, I had a chance to take in my surroundings. Nothing seemed unusual. We were standing in the middle of an empty Marleybone street. To our right there was a dark alley.
I was terrified, but I saw no Malistaire. “What’s going on?” I squeaked in as quiet a whisper as I could manage. But I was so anxious, that even to me my voice sounded weak, high-pitched, and a tad too loud.
Victoria silently pointed down the alley, and she motioned for me to join her at the corner of one of the buildings forming it. From this position, you could peer around and see whatever was happening in the alley, and had easy cover if someone happened to look your way. That must be exactly what Victoria had in mind, because you would definitely need to hide quickly in her situation.
I followed her there, not quite knowing what I was about to see, but from all the whispering I knew it couldn’t be good.
I peeked around the corner and found myself trying my best not to gasp. Even with my efforts, I took in sharp intake of breath.
In front of me was a scene I never expected to see. Of course Liam was there. He looked just as nervous as Victoria. Then, in front of him, was Malistaire. He was closer to me than he ever had been before, and I had trouble not panicking when I saw the pleased look on his face. What had he done? Next to Malistaire was a series of three strange floating images. Each of them had a picture of someone in a cage that I didn’t recognize. They reminded me of the ones I saw of my past in the Tower of Lost Memories.
“Well, well, if it isn’t the balance Seeker,” said Malistaire. “It was Liam Griffinbane, I believe.”
Liam just stared at him, paralyzed by fear. Eventually he pointed a shaky hand toward the images and asked, “What is that?”
“I think you know what that is.”
“No…” he whispered. “It can’t be true!”
“It is. I have captured your family. I will free them, on one condition.”
“What?” I was worried. Liam sounded a bit too eager to my liking.
“I need you to help me defeat the Seekers of Light.”
Again I struggled not to gasp. To make matters worse, Liam was actually considering it! Say no, I thought, willing him to somehow hear me and heed my words. Come on, Liam, you have to say no!
“I always sensed something different in you from the other Seekers,” said Malistaire. “You are more powerful than them, and more reasonable.”
Not true! I thought. But if Malistaire was saying that, then somehow he must have known all about our fight.
After a long silence, Liam finally said, “…okay.”
No!
“But,” he added, “You have to promise to free my family.”
I felt so many emotions at once: anger; sadness; confusion; surprise; fear; but most of all, betrayal.
I didn’t wait to hear any more of the conversation. All I knew was we had to get out of here. So I grabbed Victoria’s arm and began dragging her away.
Unfortunately, in my haste I happened to kick a stray can of dog food that was lying around on the streets. It only made a small clinking sound, but that was enough to alert them.
“What was that?” said someone from behind us inside the alley. Whether it was Liam or Malistaire, I didn’t know, and didn’t want to find out. Victoria and I began running.
Deftly I dodged the many buildings of Marleybone. I heard footsteps coming up behind us, but I didn’t dare look back. Victoria was a little slower than me, so I sped up ahead. I knew she would be alright.
It wasn’t long before I began to grow tired. I never had been much of a runner, and before I had been running on pure terror. Now that the feeling was gone, my pace started to slow.
Since I knew I couldn’t go on any longer and had to stop, at the next intersection I pretended to dodge right but instead dove left. I could only hope it had appeared as if I had headed the other direction.
I found myself in a large alley much like the one Victoria and I had just fled from. I knew that this could be a dangerous place if someone found me here, because there was a tall metal fence blocking the way behind me and I had nowhere to run. However, it could also be a good hiding place as long as I wasn’t discovered.
Just then Victoria came darting in front of the alley. She would have run right past me if I hadn’t reached out and grabbed her. She began to scream, but relaxed when she saw my face. Still, she let out a shrill yelp that I prayed hadn’t been too loud.
Luckily, when our pursuers came by, they hurried the way I had faked going. I never would have known who they were if I hadn’t caught a brief glance of them in the starlight above. They were Skeletal Pirates.
Victoria and I still waited in complete silence. Neither of us moved at all; even our breathing was much quieter than usual, as if it had been hushed by fright.
After waiting for at least another thirty minutes, I stood. “Come on, Victoria,” I said. “It’s kind of getting late. We need to go tell the other Seekers what just happened.”
She stood up silently, almost as if she was still stunned. But we hadn’t even taken one step out of the alley when something I certainly hadn’t anticipated happened: someone teleported to me.
“Liam!” I shouted when I realized who it was.
“I am so sorry, Sierra,” he said quietly. “I have to do it for my family. And we would lose anyway.”
“No, Liam!” But it was too late. Malistaire was already appearing beside him. With a single wave of his staff, I suddenly felt extremely weak and I collapsed to the ground. I was only partly aware that Victoria had gone out cold beside me, but I couldn’t concentrate enough to worry about her. My vision became blurry, and though my body hit the ground hard I couldn’t even feel pain because I was numb. The last thing I remembered before going unconscious was Liam’s voice: “Please forgive me, Sierra.”

Helpful Friends in The Tale of Sierra Winterbreeze

Yep, in my story, The Tale of Sierra Winterbreeze, there are plenty of characters that help me out in my quest to find the Seekers of Light. Actually, most of them I know either in the game or in real life. I thought just for fun (since it seems at this point no one is reading this) I would put profiles of them in real life, or at least how I know them.

Oh, and sorry, but I won't put their real names here without their permission.

MY FAMILY

My family in this story consists of four people including me: my mom, Angela UnicornRider; my dad, Caleb Frostsong; and my sister, Rowan Willowleaf. This is how it is in real life:

Rowan Willowleaf: My bestest sister in the entire world! She's younger than me by two years, and we both enjoy Wizard101. We also both like Pokemon, and Runescape, and video games.

My Parents: Not much I can say about them. In reality, they don't play Wizard101. I made up their names.

THE SEEKERS

There are 7 Seekers of Light. In my story, however, only 6 have been revealed, and one is me. Here is the ones that are already here.

Sydney Jadehammer: She's my best friend, with a name different from her one in the game, like most of my friends. We are always silly together. Sydney is the biggest Pokemon fan in the ENTIRE world, and she's the main reason Rowan and I like it so much now. In turn, Rowan and I are the reason she now likes Wizard101 and the Zelda games a little. She goes to my school, but she's one year younger than me and two grades younger. It's sad that I'm leaving this school soon. Luckily she'll still be in the neighborhood.

Victoria Ravensmith: Victoria is a good friend, whose in the same grade as me. In first hour we are always chatting about Wizard101. She started way after me, but somehow she made it to Grandmaster first. I beat Malistaire first though. Our most recent topic has been about the new houses; which should we buy? We've been discussing the Dragonspyre ones most of all. Victoria has also been the subject in many of my other stories. In one called Green Sky, she is Anéaday, a beautiful mermaid that causes lots of trouble for the main characters, May and Brad. Yeah, I know, seems childish... and that book kind of is, though it is a great story. I haven't been writing it much lately though because I've been on the Tale of Me! Anéaday isn't her real name though.

Mark Darkcrafter: Okay, I don't know him in real life. But Rowan and I knew him in the game for a very long time. We used to call him "The Journeyman who acts like a Master", because with all his Crowns he had amazing clothes that gave him Master spells. Of course, he sped through the game, and managed to obtain Grandmaster status before either of us. He hasn't come on since becoming a Grandmaster though, and Rowan truly misses him.

Hunter Thundershield: Yep, Hunter is the younger brother of Sydney Jadehammer. And they do fight a lot. He annoys us a ton on the bus, since his "assigned seat" that our bus driver (that I really, really don't like!) gave us. Luckily, Sydney, Rowan, and I were together. Unluckily, Hunter's behind us. He's 5 grades below me, so yeah, he's considerably younger than us.

Liam Griffinbane: It's a story I feel like I've told millions of times before. Liam was one of the first friends Rowan and I had when we got text chat. I met him first, in the arena, when we had an epic battle when me, the low Journeyman, nearly defeated him, the high-leveled Adept. Of course he won in the end - but only because I ran out of cards! It's because of that battle that I got the Reshuffle card. Anyway, after having lots of fun together, in which we helped him beat Big Ben (and got Crusher Crusher and Mastermind in the process!) and get him into MooShu, he suddenly dissappeared. Yep, completely vanished from both of our lists! We still to this day don't know what happened. That is what part 8 is inspired by.

MY FRIENDS

In The Tale of Sierra Winterbreeze, there are some extra people in there. Here I explain my relationship to them in real life.

Jasmine Iceflame: NOT REAL! I completely made her up. Originally she was going to be, like, my greatest friend ever, but obviously it didn't turn out that way. Actually, she was going to be the fire Seeker, but then Sydney begged and begged me to let her have that position. I had it all planned out; she would be a fire wizard who pretends to be ice. Whatever. Didn't happen.

Seth Goldenblood: Greatest friend ever! Almost as video game and Pokemon fanatic as Sydney, he is a wonderful friend that Rowan and I have known since we were little. He was actually the first one to introduce us to Wizard101. We never would have tried it out without his encouragement. Despite him being a player before us, we easily surpassed him in level and subscribed when he instead subscribed to RuneScape. After I became *cough* partly *cough* famous with my story, he was inspired and wrote his own, The Crystal Chronicles. His story was denied by Wizard101 though, and they wouldn't put it up because it didn't have to do with the game enough. In the meantime while he improved it, he requested to be a part of my story. So I let him.

Okay, so that is all the characters you know so far. But soon, coming in my part 9, a new character awaits: Vanessa HawkHaven. I can't tell you anything about what part she will have in the story, but I will tell you how I know her.
Vanessa HawkHaven: For three years, she has been my companion. We have similar interests: reading and writing. Both of us are CRAZY about the Pendragon series which - yay! - the last one came out today. I can't wait to read it! She is in my grade. Surprisingly, she doesn't even have a Wizard101 account. She can't, because she can only download a few things. But with my help she made up the name Vanessa HawkHaven, and took the quiz to find out her type of wizard (which I can't reveal - it would give her away!). With information fed to her by me, she began writing a story for the Creative Writing, but has recently neglected it. Ah, well.

Geez, that was a lot to write! Did anyone actually read all that?

10 Tips to Survive Wizard101

Okay, so in my free time (which lately I seem to have a lot of!) I put together this list of things I really wish I had known throughout the game. I hope some of them make you laugh!

1. AND REMEMBER, THIS IS #1 FOR A REASON! Do not, and I repeat DO NOT, press 'H' on the map in an Instanced Zone. Especially if all you're supposed to do is sit there and do absolutely nothing while waiting for a friend to return with potions and full health and you're soooo bored that you have nothing better to do... I learned the hard way.

2. Don't ever say "MILK" around Rowan Willowleaf... or Spike the Crusher, for that matter.

3. When in doubt, ask a Grandmaster friend. If you don't have any, get some! NOW!

4. Don't try Sunken City alone until you're at LEAST Journeyman... though being Adept, possibly even Magus, is better. By the way, the sidewalks in Sunken City aren't broken. They're supposed to drag you off.

5. So, once you've beaten Sunken City, you probably think you're ready for the next side-quest challenge, right? WRONG! Don't ever, EVER, try Kensington Park. Ever! Not even as a Grandmaster, unless you want to spend hours there, and die probably 12 times. My buddy Victoria RavenSmith, A.K.A. Storm Seeker of Light, is officially Grandmaster. She's also beat every quest in the entire game except for Kensington. See my point?

6. COWS DO NOT SAY MEOW!

7. You can't say Seeker of Wizard101... you have to say Seek Err. And you can't say Featured Writer either, which I find rather frustrating, being a Featured Writer.

8. Hmmm.... uh, if you ever see anyone named Liam GriffinBane, a balance student, please tell me. I want to yell at him so badly for completely ditching Rowan and me when we were only simple Adepts.

9. Knocking over the milk cartons in Big Ben is bad, unless you want an extra battle. Then again, you get the badge "Crusher Crusher" for beating the enemy, Spike the Crusher. It was hard though. However, I got it at a low level, curtesy of Liam GriffinBane! I miss him. And I miss Mark. And I wish Christopher wasn't so annoying that I wish I could miss him instead of see him everyday.

10. Err, can't think of a ten. Hey look, behind you! HAHA! Made you look! Jk.

So, that's my first ever list. I enjoyed making this, so I think that I'm going to do this weekly... or maybe monthly... or annually... or whenever I have time. Next list I'm going to make is things not to say to Rowan Willowleaf, my crazy sister. One of them was listed on number two. That would be number one on the other list.

Some of you may wonder what number one was about. Okay, never mind. You probably don't. But I'll just say that it was my own personal experience with Liam as an Adept in one of the Counterweights in Marleybone.

YAY! Housing finally added!

I was soooo excited when I tried to log into Wizard101 just now! Tomorrow they're updating the game, and they are adding so many new features! I just can't wait! One of them is the long awaited housing feature, as well as a "Mark and Recall" feature that will most likely prove extremely helpful. Also I noticed that they're adding voiceovers to quests in MooShu, Marleybone, and Dragonspyre. Too bad that just yesterday I completed the quests for that Zarathax guy... I would have loved to hear his voice. I also can't wait to see what this one guy in MooShu says for this certain quest. He used to say, "What's your name? Oh, Sierra? Welcome!" or something like that. Anyway, as we have noticed, they say "Young wizard" instead of your name. Could you imagine, "Your name is young wizard?"

Anyway, go here for more information, though I don't think anyone is going to...

The Tale of Sierra Winterbreeze

Hello out there! I'm hoping that someone who has read my story will comment on this. This is Sierra Winterbreeze, the author of The Tale of Sierra Winterbreeze! Yep, I love writing, and I hope some of you out there love reading. You can find me on various websites, like Runescape (I'm Fairy Bolt!), YouTube (TwilightWakerofTime), Adventure Quest/Dragonfable/AQ Worlds (though I don't play them much anymore, I was Windlilly on all except Adventure Quest, which was tallflower), and many others. Just ask me if I play it, and I'll most likely say yes! As long as it is one of those websites with the games.

And of course I play Wizard101. I'm quite active on the message boards there as Windlilly, Journeyman Wizard. I have approximately 200 messages at the moment posted there. My favorite topic, of course, is "WHOEVER WROTE 'The Tale of Sierra Winterbreeze' plz post?" I have so many fans! I am going to post updates here, mostly about that story but about other things too, that I think my fans should know. I will also do my best to keep updates about what's going on in Wizard101. Also related to the topic of Wizard101, I am Windlilly on Wizard101 Central.

Thanks for reading! Please follow this if you have read my story, or if you at least like Wizard101.
